The following Terms & Conditions Apply:

  • All payments to be made directly to NHLS
  • Payment is required in full as per date of invoice
  • No seats will be reserved, unless otherwise stated by NHLS, NIOH OHS Training Unit
  • NHLS – NIOH reserves the right to change speakers, programme content, date and venue, due to unforeseen circumstances
  • The signed registration form is a legally binding document
  • The event fee includes event attendance, refreshments and event material
  • NHLS will not held liable for travel and accommodation costs unless otherwise stated
  • I also accept that all invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice and do hereby and do hereby acknowledge that I am truly and lawfully indebted to the NHLS.

Cancellations and Substitutions:

  • All cancellations/substitutions must be received by NHLS – NIOH in writing
  • All cancellations without substitution made less than 4 days prior to the event is subject to a 100% cancellation fee – no refunds or credit vouchers will be awarded
  • All substitutions must be made in writing to: info@nioh.nhls.ac.za
  • In the event of substitutions made on the day of the event, NHLS – NIOH will not be held liable for incorrect delegate details
  • Should an event be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances out of our control, delegates will be awarded with a credit voucher valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Views expressed by speakers/facilitators at any NHLS – NIOH event are their own and do not
